Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Inwitt, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Inwitt Is

Inwitt is a Socratic thinking assistant. It helps you think through decisions and problems by asking questions. It does not provide advice, recommendations, or answers. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on your thinking sessions.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • One account per person. Do not share accounts.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Inwitt. Inwitt is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we delete the account and its data.

4. Free and Paid Plans

  • Current plans, prices and included allowances are listed on our pricing page. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
  • Credits reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over.
  • Recurring billing. Paid plans are subscriptions. They renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the same price, until you cancel. We will tell you by email before any price change takes effect.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from Settings, through the billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate a part-used month.
  • Refunds. If you are in the EU or UK you have a statutory 14 day right to withdraw from a new subscription. Beyond that, if the service has not worked as described, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. We do not normally refund a period you have already used, and unused credits have no cash value.
  • Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as merchant of record and handles invoicing and any applicable sales tax or VAT. We never see or store your card details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Inwitt for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits, or authentication.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the service.
  • Upload malicious files or content designed to exploit the AI system.
  • Share content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.

6. Your Content

You own everything you create in Inwitt: your chat messages, whiteboard drawings, and session receipts. We do not claim any rights to your content. We do not use your content to train AI models.

7. Availability and Changes

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We may update features, pricing, or these terms with reasonable notice.
  • Significant changes to pricing or terms will be communicated via email.

8. Limitation of Liability

Inwitt is a thinking tool, not professional advice. We are not liable for any decisions you make using the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. The assistant is an AI

Inwitt's assistant is an artificial intelligence, not a person. It is built to ask you questions and to write down what you said. It does not give advice, recommendations or decisions, and nothing it produces is professional advice of any kind, including medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

AI systems can be wrong. The conclusions you reach in a session are yours, and you are responsible for what you do with them. If you are in crisis or need professional help, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

11. Governing law

Inwitt is operated by INWIT TECHNOLOGIES (Registration No. 202603154719 (003859770-W)). These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally as a consumer.
