How can we help?

Every message in a thinking session uses credits: 1 for text, 3 for an image, 2 for a file. The board scribe is free. Free plans get a monthly allowance that resets automatically; Pro and Max get effectively unlimited everyday thinking.

Deep Thinking switches a single reply to our most capable model for harder questions, costing 1 deep credit. God Mode is a full 8-step deep-thinking session and costs 2 deep credits per message. Your remaining deep credits are shown in the sidebar and in Settings.

Your sessions and boards stay fully accessible, you just cannot send new AI messages until the monthly reset. Upgrading to Pro removes the everyday limit immediately.

Everything runs through Settings. Upgrading opens a secure LemonSqueezy checkout, and Manage subscription takes you to their portal where you can change plans, download invoices, or cancel anytime. Cancelling keeps Pro until the period you paid for ends.

Every session is saved to your Workshop history, and completed sessions generate a receipt: a structured record of what you came in with, what you realized, and what you decided. Planned tasks on a receipt can be moved straight onto your Board.

The Vault is your second brain: captured thoughts and insights pinned to a wall, linkable like a wiki. The Board is for doing: a simple to-do, doing, done board that your planning sessions can feed tasks into.

Yes. Your sessions, notes, and tasks are visible only to you, and they are never used to train any AI. Deleting a session removes it from your library, and you can request full account deletion through the contact form below.

We aim to answer within 48 hours. Pro and Max members get priority: their requests jump to the front of the queue.
