Upgrading, managing, and cancelling
Checkout, invoices, plan changes, and cancellation.
Billing runs through LemonSqueezy, our payment provider. Inwitt never sees or stores your card details.
Upgrading
Go to Settings and hit Upgrade. You will land in a secure checkout; the plan activates on your account within moments of payment.
Managing
Settings → Manage subscription opens the customer portal, where you can:
- Change plans
- Update your payment method
- Download invoices
- Cancel
Cancelling
Cancel anytime from the portal. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you already paid for, then move to Free automatically. Your data is untouched: sessions, Vault, board, everything stays.
Something looks wrong?
If you paid but your plan did not update, or you see an unexpected charge, contact us with the email you paid with. Billing issues from paying members are handled with priority.
