The check-in companion
The gentle follow-up on your plans.
Check-ins are Inwitt's way of following up without nagging.
How they work
Based on your chosen frequency (daily, every 3 days, weekly, or off; set it in Messages), the companion drops you a short note that looks at your task board: what is in motion, what has stalled, what is done.
Replying
You can talk back. Tell it you finished something, that a task is stuck, or that priorities changed, and it can update your board directly from the conversation: adding tasks, moving them, marking them done.
The tone
The companion nudges, never nags. It will not guilt-trip you about an untouched task; it will ask what is actually in the way, which is a more useful question.
Turning it off
Set frequency to off in Messages and the companion goes quiet. Your badge count and messages history stay.
